UV Dryer
Suitable for UV curing on furniture board, solid wood or plywood flooring, door, artwork board, etc.
- The work piece will be dried instantly. Need not wait for the drying time. Shorten the production flow time.
Directly placed after the coating machine in the production line. This machine can be placed after roller coating machine or curtain painting machine. The work piece will be dried directly. Avoid the trouble of moving work piece.- The coating surface is shining with good hardness.
- The machine adopts imported high quality UV lamp and reflect board. The radiation intensity can be optionally chosen to high or low. The reflect board can reflect 99% UV light. There are high intensity capacitance and transformer, enhancing the stability of the UV lamp.
- Transmission adopts Teflon, stainless steel belt or rollers with cooling system. The temperature controller adjusts the chamber temperature to avoid the chamber deformed under high temperature.
- There are radiation shields in UV- Chamber sides, entrance and exit to effectively avoid leak of UV light.
