Sanding Machine

Suitable for prime sanding of furniture, flooring, door, artwork board, wooden blind, shutter etc.

• The machine's own weight is heavy. The heat treated frame has high hardness and good stability. The main parts which are imported from USA, Japan and Taiwan have high precision and long life cycle. The thickness can be adjusted by the PLC accurately and conveniently.
• The roller adopts 20-40º natural wearable rubber. The sanding speed can be adjusted by frequency inverter, which can meet the different characteristics of various paints and can reduce the stripes and white sides effectively.
• Feeding system adopts press roller structure so even the distorted board material can be sanded.
• The frame is welded by bending steel plate. It is steady while running.
• The work table adopts four-column lifting structure with small tolerance and high precision.
• Rag wheel can clean the sanding mark effectively and get the coating surface effects.
