Roller Coater Series
This machine is a normal type in the machine coating whicht uses roller to do the coating instead of hand-spray on the plane. When it comes to mass plane board production, this machine has its irreplacable advantage compared with hand spray. This machine is also very important if want to form coating production line.
The machine is widely used in prime, coating and painting work of furniture board, flooring, MDF, door, artwork board and blinds etc.
Features:
- The coating surface is smooth without wrinkling and has good saturation. The coating surface is very thin but the effect can compare with curtain painting. It is more cost effective.
- The coating roller adopts quick-assemble structure for easy cleaning.
- The height can be read on the counter, which makes the adjustment conveniently and accurately for different thicknesses.
- It adopts stainless steel doctor blade and the blade angle can be adjusted by worm reducer. The distance between smooth roller and PU roller can be adjusted by worm shaft.
- Frequency inverter or PLC control, so the coating is more accurately.
With concern of the evenness and coating saturation, Hualong Machinery has developed roller coater series. The types include PUroller and steel roller are driven by one motor or by separate motors.
