Precision Brush Painting Machine

This machine is specially designed for the surface painting of wooden flooring, furniture. Like the traditional painting job, this machine has two brush roller to painting.

Features:

• The brush can make the cavity of the wooden surface painted evenly, the wooden grain and texture more clearly, which will improve the coating insufficiency made by the roller coating machine and greatly increase the productivity and reduce the rework cost.
• The conveyer belt, brush roller are directly driven by the motor with a frequency inverter device which makes the running more steadily, the painting surface more evenly.

• The working table is supported by worm bracket with

excellent hardness and better vertical precision.

• Brush roller adopts quick-assemble structure and it can slide easily from the steel rail, thus makes the cleaning conveniently and can meet the professional assembling standard.
